Walk With God

In my daily walk in life, I follow the Spiritual Path that leads to God.

"It sets my feet firmly on the path that takes me nearer to Thee!'

It is the Path of the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, Who leads His flock to greener pastures.

The Path of the Good Shepherd gives us assurance of God's Presence to endure and overcome the trials and tribulations of life with an energy no other source can supply.

I walk with God by keeping His Commandments.

"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind."

This is the first great commandment.

And the second is like unto it.

"Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."

       Jesus Christ
The Light of the World

Jesus Christ says, "This is the way to a meaningful, just and wholesome existence".

Christian life provides a spiritual language and ethical culture that sets the moral and social foundation that benefit our family, our community and our fellow human being.

Christian life is blessed by God with love, humility, compassion and forgiveness.

"I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

The Divine Light of Jesus Christ is the symbol that "shines" into all areas of our lives that enables us to "see" through the contrasts between light (goodness) and darkness (evil).

Forgiveness and repentance must be embedded in a humble heart to gain the Gift of Salvation through the Grace of God.

Enlightenment

Spirituality enlightenment "awakens" us to Something Greater and something more than sensory experiences.

It connects us to God with beliefs and practices that have transcendent qualities to "see" with "spiritual eyes" beyond the physical horizons of this world.

The spiritual soul will continue to exist beyond the physical lifespan where it will finally realize its full and everlasting spiritual potential.

Nature

The wonders of Creation is a reminder of God's Presence.

Walking in nature displays God's natural world of orderliness and tranquility.

It nurtures a sense of awe and an appreciation of God's Beautiful Creations.

The body and soul finds peace of mind in nature that help us to find answers to difficult questions that afflict us.

Like a tonic, it reduces stress and increases energy to focus clearly on the things that matter.

Hebrew: God said, "See, I give you every seed-bearing plant that is upon all the earth, and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit; they shall be yours for food.

Faith

Faith is a spiritual asset that opens our eyes to spiritual realities.

With faith, we believe in God unconditionally - this is trust.

God becomes the Sovereign of our heart.

Jesus Christ teaches us that our spiritual life is a sacred relationship with our Heavenly Father in this life and in the everlasting life to come.

God Speaks to us through His Creation

If you are seeking God just look around, above and beyond.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is God’s “Hands,” “Fingers,” and “Breath ” that comforts, guides, teaches and counsels us throughout life to serve God, our family and our fellow human being.

The Bible

The Bible is the Word of God and, the Sacred Book of Judaism and Christianity.

It is the source for understanding God and His Creations.

It gives humanity a reason to life in this world and in the eternal world to come.

Christian Church

The Christian church is the House of God.

Jesus Christ is the Head of the Christian church.

When the church bell tolls, we go to church to hear the Voice of God through Liturgy and the Sacraments and to find Jesus the Good Shepherd Who leads His flock to greener pastures.

Prayer

Prayer is an act of Worship that Glorifies God.

Through prayer God becomes our refuge.

Jesus is our Companion throughout life.

In quiet humility, we pray in our own words, our needs, our hopes and our dreams.

Serving

"Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously."

2 Corinthians 9 :: NIV

Serving is the greatest form of charity.

To serve God is to serve others through our goodness and talents that make a difference in life.

Remember the words of Jesus Christ: "It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

-Acts 20:35
