The power within can transform life through a positive mindset that is focused on self-efficacy (confidence in one's own abilities) to make it happen even when facing challenges and obstacles.
It empowers you to shape your own life and goals that are aligned with your true self.
Our values are the foundation of our true selves reflecting our culture to shape our way of life through guidelines within which to think and direct behavior to:
*Live life with a sense of direction.
*Reflect on what is right and wrong.
*Grow and develop according to the future we want.
The power within recognizes a person's sense of self-worth through their inherent value as a human being and self-knowledge (knowing your values, emotions, strengths and weaknesses).
It accesses your innate inner strengths to navigate life, make choices and overcome challenges, rather than relying on pervasive external sources such as social factors or unexpected events to understand your motivations and intentions.
Internal strength and resilience embraces challenges with courage and perseverance.
